A Story Rooted in the Desert
The story of Little Pipes Ranch began in 2020, after one too many glasses of wine shared with close friends and a dream to create something magical. What started as a conversation on a girls trip became a vision for a place where people could gather, grow, and connect in the quiet beauty of the High Desert.
Who We Are
Founded by mother–daughter team Kylie and Stacy McCarthy, Little Pipes Ranch blends wellness, storytelling, and design into a retreat that feels deeply personal yet universally inviting. As a yoga teacher, Stacy brings elements of mindfulness and movement into the ranch’s DNA, while Kylie, a real estate investor and avid reader, layers in her love for books, cooking, and sustainable design. Together, they’ve created a space that reflects the values of family, creativity, and conscious living.

FounderKylie McCarthy is the Chief Investment Officer and Creative Director of Voyj, a social travel platform, and the visionary behind Little Pipes Ranch. Inspired by her love of books, cooking, and sustainable design, she created the ranch as a place where luxury, creativity, and conscious travel meet. As co-founder and Head Librarian, Kylie curates every detail of the guest experience, from the storybook-inspired architecture to the handpicked libraries in each home.

Stacy McCarthy is a renowned yoga teacher, educator, and wellness leader with over 40 years of experience sharing the transformative power of yoga. At Little Pipes Ranch, she brings her passion for mindfulness, movement, and holistic living to create a sanctuary that supports guests in reconnecting with themselves. Her influence is felt in every detail, from the wellness kits in each home to the complimentary yoga classes offered during every stay.

Nestled on twenty private acres in Yucca Valley, California, Little Pipes Ranch is just 15 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park and 10 minutes from historic Pioneertown. Surrounded by Joshua Trees, desert trails, and star-filled skies, the ranch offers both privacy and proximity — a rare balance in the High Desert.
